Toll gate charges (Fastag) and parking fees are excluded from the per-KM tariff and must be paid directly as per actual receipts.
When crossing state borders (e.g., Tamil Nadu to Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, or Pondicherry), the state entry tax is paid by the customer.
Driver Bata (₹400 for Sedan/SUV, ₹500 for Innova) is billed per calendar day (06:00 AM to 10:00 PM). Trips extending overnight or past 10:00 PM incur an extra bata.
Travel to high-altitude hill stations (Ooty, Kodaikanal, Yercaud, Coonoor) incurs a flat ₹300 – ₹500 additional hill drive allowance due to steep terrain wear.
We do not charge cancellation fees if you notify us before the chauffeur is dispatched to your doorstep.
